Quality & Longevity

At WA Florists we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services. It is important to remember that flowers are a perishable, natural product that will react to their immediate environment and external weather conditions. Unfortunately, once flowers leave our store a number of changes in condition may result in their longevity being reduced.

Flower Care

These Care instructions and recommendations must be followed thoroughly in order to maximise the life span and enjoyment of your flowers. 

To assist in prolonging their life, we recommend:

  • Cutting the stems on a sharp angle and changing the water in the vase every two days.
  • Flower's sold in Box vases should be transferred to another container within two days of purchase as mentioned above.
  • Flowers contained in floral foam must have the water topped up to foam height daily.
  • Flowers purchased in store should be transported directly to the home or office and never left unattended in a motor vehicle.
  • Physical contact with flowers and their petals should be on an as necessary basis.
  • Air conditioning, extreme heat and heat sources or changes in climate may also have an adverse effect on the flowers.

Unfortunately, with all the possible variables, it is difficult for us to guarantee flower life in every case. If these instructions are not followed, WA Florists does not accept responsibility for flower life.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded ONLY IF notice is received by WA Florists at minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations received within 24hours prior to delivery are subject to WA Florists Managements discretion only.

Refund Policy

Important: Discounted Flowers and Flower arrangements cannot be returned and are not refundable. Food, alcohol and Nonperishable gift items must be returned unopened in the condition it was supplied.

As each flower is unique, so too, are your special requirements and concerns surrounding your order. For that reason, we ask that you please call us to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to your purchase. Alternatively, please email us at with the following information:

  • A photo of the arrangement
  • Date and Time of Purchase
  • Method of purchase
  • Amount paid (instore purchases only)

Once this information is provided, we will investigate your concerns in accordance with this policy. A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation.

Refund Method

All refunds for orders placed online are refunded through our website to the account used during purchase.

Instore and telephone are credited back to the original credit/debit card on which the order was purchased or to the Afterpay account, if that form of  payment is selected.

Cash purchases are only refunded using Cash.
